The manuscript should be original, and has not
been published previously. Do not submit material that is currently being
considered by another publisher.

Peer Review Policy and Editorial Procedures
All full-page open acces books or single book
chapters undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and
anonymised refereeing by 2-4 anonymous international, outside referees. The Editor reserves the right to make any necessary technical changes in
the book or separate chapters, or request the author to do so, or reject the
copy of the edited book/chapter along with the first proofs will be sent to the author
for proofreading. They should be corrected and returned to the Editor. Once the final version of the
book/chapter has been accepted, authors are
requested not to make further changes to the text. Authors will receive a
copy of the full-page book in pdf format free of charge.
All submitted manuscripts received by the Editorial
Office will be checked by a Book Series Editor
to determine whether it is properly prepared, is on
topic of book scope and whether the manuscript follows the IFSA
Publishing, ethical policies. Manuscripts that do not fit the ethical policy
and is out of topic will be rejected before peer-review. Manuscripts that
are not properly prepared will be returned to the authors for revision and
resubmission. After these checks, the Managing Editor will consult the
Editor-in-Chief, Editors or
Book Series Editor to determine whether the manuscript is scientifically sound. No
judgment on the significance or potential impact of the work will be made at
this stage. Reject decisions at this stage will be verified by the
Once a manuscript passes the initial checks, it will
be assigned to at least two or four independent
experts for peer-review. A single-blind review is applied, where authors'
identities are known to reviewers. Peer review comments are confidential and
will only be disclosed with the express agreement of the reviewer. Reviewers should not have
published with any of the co-authors during the past five years and should not
currently work or collaborate with one of the institutes of the co-authors of
the submitted manuscript.
Editorial Decision and Revision
the comments and advice of the peer-reviewers, an external editor – usually the
Editor-in-Chief or a Book Series Editor – will make a decision to
accept, reject, or to ask authors to revise the manuscript.
For Minor Revisions the authors will have a
few weeks to resubmit their revised manuscript.
For Major Revisions the authors will have one month
to resubmit their revised manuscript. However, authors should contact the
editorial office if extended revision time is anticipated.
Authors may appeal a rejection by sending an e-mail
to the Editorial Office of publisher. The appeal must provide a detailed
justification, including point-by-point responses to the reviewers' and/or
Editor's comments. The Book Series Editor will forward the
manuscript and relating information (including the identities of the referees)
to an Editorial Board member who was not involved in the initial decision-making
process. If no appropriate Editorial Board member is available, the editor will
identify a suitable external scientist. The Editorial Board member will be asked
to give an advisory recommendation on the manuscript and may recommend
acceptance, further peer-review, or uphold the original rejection decision. A
reject decision at this stage will be final and cannot be revoked.
Production and Publication
Once accepted, the manuscript will undergo
professional copy-editing, proofreading by the authors, final corrections,
pagination, and, publication on the IFSA Publishing
web site and in print, paper

Authors who publish open access
books and/or chapters retain the copyrights of their works. IFSA
operates under the Creative Commons Licence

If plagiarism or/and double submission problems were
found, all authors of that paper cannot submit paper to our journal for two
years. And that paper will be removed even though it was published. The
publication fee is not refunded in these cases. Please see the

Open Access Policy
All published open access books are free to access immediately from
the date of publication without any embargo period. Open access books are free for
download for any readers without any online registration. Readers are
allowed to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and
to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any
responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship. IFSA
Publishing operates under the Creative Commons Licence CC-BY. All authors
publishing with the publisher accept these as the terms of
In the Open Access model, the publication costs
are usually covered by the authors, author’s institution or research funds.
These Open Access charges replace subscription charges and allow the
publishers to make the published material freely available to all interested
online readers. At the same time, authors who publish full-page open access
book/chapters retain the copyrights.
Other than their cost-recovery model, Open Access books are no different
from traditional books and monographs; they undergo the same
peer-review and quality control as any other established publisher. Moreover, Open Access allows for maximum visibility, uptake and
use of the published material.
