Denoising of Discontinuous Lithium Battery Film Thickness by Wavelet and Sparse Decomposition

Abstract: Third wavelet-threshold gate-sparse decomposition signal processing de-noising is present, for the purpose of measuring discontinuous film thickness of lithium battery not dependent on the inherent frequency and scanning vibration frequency of C-dynamic scanning system by laser sensors. Ignoring of priori knowledge, best atomic sequence is acquired by iteration under different scanning mode. The method keeps thickness of lithium battery and gets rid of noise caused by inherent frequency and scanning vibration frequency. Experiment shows that sparse matching pursuit (MP) which is easy and effective to use is more effective than wavelet algorithm detection accuracy (mean square error) reaches 5-7 mm.
