Dear Sensors & Transducers Journal authors and readers !

2006 has been a very successful year for Sensors & Transducers, and I am delighted to present ten articles that are considered to be the very best contributions of 2006. Our 291 editorial board members from 47 countries and from both: academia and industry, were asked to select three best articles based on the following criteria: novelty, innovation, outstanding new research and current importance. Many of our editorial board members have made such selection from the Sensors & Transducers Journal. Taking into account a multidiscipline journal's topics and experience of our editorial board members it was decided to choose ten best articles. It is necessary to mark also very good concordance of selection process results. All selected articles are shown in the table below. You can download its full pages versions free of charges. All authors of selected articles will receive the certificate from both the Editorial Board and International Frequency Sensor Association (IFSA).

I hope you enjoy reading this collection of articles.

Sincerely,
