Mathematical Models of Methodical Error for Noise Thermometers

Abstract: The main possible variants of the noise thermometer input circuit with the usage of one- and two- channel amplifiers are considered and their noise models are developed. The expressions of relative standard deviation components and the relative average square of a methodical error according to the noise parameters of the primary transformer pickoff, the operational amplifier, feed-back connection resistors and the connection line are gained.
