New PTC Heater Assembly

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (May 10, 2005) – Precon announces their new line of PTC Heater Assemblies. Constructed from ceramic-based PTC thermistors molded in epoxy, these devices are suitable for OEM applications requiring self-regulated heating in the range of 30 to 120 degrees C.

Designed for OEM applications in commercial and industrial instruments, medical systems, electronic equipment, and aerospace, these devices are designed and manufactured for consistency and long-term reliability.  A wide variety of PTC thermistors are available to meet the system’s heating requirements. Various wiring and cable configurations are also available.

Precon, a division of Kele, Inc., manufactures high quality thermistor and RTD-based temperature sensors, probes and controllers, humidity sensors and controllers, integrated electronics and gas monitors.
