Melnikov V. I. The acoustic waveguide signaling devices for measuring of liquid level


The action principle, block diagram, design of waveguide signaling devices for measuring of liquids level, and also their main technical characteristics, application scope and fault diagnostics were considered. The advantages of these signaling devices such as universality, wide range of application conditions and autonomous fault diagnostics were indicated.

Selective voltmeters V6-17 and V6-18 developed by authors, and features of analog and digital signal processing in them are described. The possibility of realization of digital detectors of average, peak and quasi-peak values at the maximal bandpass up to 10 MHz is shown.

Sukhanov S. V. Laser gyro output error compensation


Laser gyro error sources were studied. The gyro dither drive noise ejection algorithm was developed in order to minimize random drift. A generalized mathematical model of the laser gyro output drift was developed. On the basis of this model the bias drift compensation algorithm was synthesized that enables to improve the laser gyro accuracy performance.

Guskov A. A. Design method for magnetometric inclinometer


The design method for magnetometric inclinometer with three flux gates and three linear accelerometers on the platform of single-axis stabilizer was presented. The analysis of measurement accuracy of zenith and azimuth angles was carried out.

The measurement system for measuring of active and reactive impedance components of dielectric materials was developed. New continuous signals representation algorithm based on n-th order spline was developed and used. The experimental results are presented.

Orlov I. J., Afanasjev A. V., Nikiforov I. A. Precision infrared radiometer


New microprocessor radiometer with two channel diaphragmed optical system for precision measurement in infrared range (225 microns) has been developed. The radiometer measures target temperatures ranging from +10 to 500C with measuring accuracy ≤0,5 % and viewing angle 1:50. Results of radiometer usage for medico-biological research are presented.

Kazakov V. V. Ultrasonic phase meter of vibrations for vibration diagnostics purposes


Special functional features of contactless ultrasonic phase meters of vibrations are considered. The scheme of the measuring instrument based on controlled digital phase-shifter, ensuring high efficiency and noise-immunity of measurements for investigations of vibrations fields and geometry distortions of different objects if presented.

Gurevitch M. L., Cheremohin A. V. New measuring instruments for metrology equipment of electrical and radio laboratories, scientific and production organizations and metrology centers


Technical characteristics and special application particularities of new measuring instruments are described. These instruments are intended for equipping of metrological electrical and radio laboratories, scientific production organizations, which carry out the verification of voltage and current meters in frequency range up to 1500 MHz at voltage level up to 1000 V and current level up to 1000 A.

Akulov V. V. Automatic measurement systems for testing user equipment with usage of GLONASS/GPS signals receiver-comparators


Design principles and technical specifications of an automatic measuring complex providing metrological support of a broad range of radio- and electric measuring instruments with a high level of autonomy, based on modern technology, including using of the GLONASS/GPS signals receiver-comparators are considered with an example of the testing system of frequency meters and wattmeters.

Parfenov G. A. Equipment for synchronization of spatially distributed clocks by low-frequency time and frequency reference signals


This paper describes the format of time and frequency reference signals which are transmitted by radio stations RBU and RTZ of governmental time and frequency service. Main technical characteristics of new domestic equipment for clock synchronization based on these signals are also presented.

Khilov V. P., Khilov V. V. Metrological aspects of non-ionizing radiation control


The analysis of domestic and foreign regulatory framework regarding to allowable levels of non-ionizing radiation was performed, on the base of which the main requirements to measuring instrumentation concerning non-ionizing radiation control were formulated. A brief description of P3-31 electromagnetic radiation meter, corresponding to the specified requirements, was provided.

Anzev G. V., Bogoslovsky S. V., Sapozhnikov G. A. New approach to the design of contactless sensors based on surface acoustic waves (SAW)


New approach to the design of contactless passive sensors based on surface acoustic waves and dispersive delay lines is proposed which ensures high noise immunity and accuracy of contactless measurements. Results of simulations concerning diaphragm-type pressure sensors are presented.
