We encourage the authors to pay the publication fee after the article receipt acknowledgment. It gives us a unique opportunity to have a review process in parallel with pre-publication and pre-print processes, and publish articles very quickly. If submitted article is rejected after review, author(s) will get 100 % refund, except plagiarism, double submitting and knowingly fake results submission reasons.
